Question : Problem: Time Capsule not Mounted?

I am trying to setup Apples Time Capsule to do wirelss back up.
I had it working once, then I moved it into another room.  After several resets I got the network connections working again (via AirPort) but now it seems the drive is not mounted.
In time machine prefs i tell it to use that drive but the settings don't stay.
When I open time machine it just keeps telling me I need to set it up.
I can see the drive thru the shard drives, but when I try to access it, it says it can't mount it.

Any ideas?

P.S. when setting up from scratch, connect your Mac to it using an ethernet cable.
