Question : Problem: NM-16AM Module is not detecting in CISCO 3725 Router

Hi, My Scenario is I have Cisco 3725 Router and 2* NM-16AM Modem Module in Network slot 1 and 2. I want to configure this dor Dial in. I am facing problem to configure this as Async interface. This two NMs shows as UNKNOWN in SHOW DIAG command..(see below)
Can you please help me on this. If u can send me a sample file that 'll be great!.. Thanks
