Question : Problem: Installing ws-x4448-gb-rj45 line card on cataqlyst 4006

After inserting two ws-x4448 line cards in catalyst 4006 - The status lights on both line cards flash orange.
sh module, sh version indicates the slots are 'empty'
if I unplug a line card - the console detects a card was removed...when the card is reinserted (hot plug), console detects it as an unknown card - sh module still indicates the slot is empty
