Question : Problem: How do I install the scanner component of my HP OfficeJet 5510 if the factory drivers don't work?

I have installed every driver package (corporate, basic, full, etc) available on the HP Support site for the OfficeJet 5510, but the scanner is never recognized and doesn't work, even when requested from the All-in-one.  The printer works fine.  The scanner is not defective, because it is recognized and works fine when connected to other computers, including my notebook.
