Question : Problem: Brother DCP-8065DN doesn't scan over network (CC027)
Hi.
A new Brother DCP-8065DN works fine on 3 workstations as printer and scanner. The 4th one (pretty much the same hardware, same OS - WinXP SP2) does only print. If i try to scan via the Brother own Control Center i get the error message "DCP-8065DN LAN cannot be found. Please make sure your device is ON and interface cable is properly connected to your comput (CC027)".
Firewall is off, antivirus is off, static IP-addresses, Brother software already uninstalled and installed again, the newest version of ControlCenter is in use.
Anyone an idea?

Ok, i reinstalled the operationg system, nothing else helped.
Thx for the assistance, the question can be closed.
Btw, how can i close it? :)
