Question : Problem: T5720 Printing Scanned PDF files

Hi

I seem to be having lots of problems trying to print pdf files that are over a page, I have removed all uneeded software off the thin client to get more space on the C:\ drive, also changed the spooler to the C:\ drive instead of the Z:\ drive and changed the security on the C:\ drive so user can wright to it, we are using citrix and we can print email's, word files, excel files fine but when it comes to pdf's they seem to just get stuck in the spooler on the thin client.

Our server is in a data centre all connected together using MPLS

If I login as Administrator it prints out fine I have given access to the user to the C:\ drive

If anyone has had the same problem or know of some thing else i could try please do let me know

I have solved the problem by using thin print software
