Question : Problem: REal VNC --unable to connect to host:connection timeout(10060)

Hi i installed Real VNC to my laptop so that i can remote my ISAserver from my laptop. when i  tryd to connect to my ISA server i got an error "unable to connect to host:connection timeout(10060)" . i think i have to make rules plocies and open ports to my isaserver. can you please tell me what ports to open and what rules and policies im going to create. thanks
