Question : Problem: Why doesn't my CD-Rom Drive open??

I bought a computer 2 years ago.  It included a cheap 12X cd_rom drive, it is a no name product.  Now the problem is I brought it in several times to get fixed, it would work for 2 months or so, then it would stop opening.  I would have to open it by sticking a extended paper clip into a hole that ejects the drive.  I would make the noise that it is opening, and the door would move, but wouldn't open.  Please help me.

You have a faulty cdrom drive that you should get rid of and replace it, Cdrom drives are very cheap now adays and this will solve your problem once and for all.
