Question : Problem: How can I make 2.5" 60GB USB HDD bootable?

Hi,
I am using Bart's PE with 4GB Flash USB key to boot. But I am trying to use 2.5" 60GB HDD to do the same job. But the thing is that pe2usb supports FAT only, and FAT doesn't support more than 4GB Storage. What would you suggest to have the same thing as Bart PE with the 60G USB HDD?

Partition the disk into a boot partition of 4GB for bartpe, and another ntfs or fat32 partition for the rest.
