Question : Problem: Active Directory Users and Computers

I'm reaching the end of my rope with MSFT system utilities.  I have for over three years added and deleted users from out system.  For the last 6 or 7 months every time I try to launce this app on my exchange server, it either never launches, launches and then hangs, or launches allows several changes then hangs.  To make a simple change to a user's exchange parameters can take from 4 minutes to 5 hours!    Anybody have any insight to how this fiasco was dropped on us.

Very apparently after much more searching..this is an issue that per usual MSFT has chosen to ignore as they do with 90% of their hack code.  Simply discovered that it runs fine very early in the day and very late in the day when there are not a lot of active(40? is a lot).  The whole problem is MSFT has never had an os that understood how to manage memory, or maintain decent network connectivity.  Did Dave Cutler loose his superman abilities when he got inti the rain forest?

I'll simply have to live with more MSFT inadequacies.
