Question : Problem: Laptop shuts off suddenly (seemingly randomly?) when unplugged

Hey there,
When running on battery power, my laptop does a hard shutdown before running out of battery power. My guess is it's something with the hardware, (RAM? Battery?) but I don't know. Hoping you can help.
