Question : Problem: Can't access the iTunes store

Hi there. I recently let the ICT guy at work have a look at my laptop to enable me to connect it to the network at work. So far he hasn't done much that I can tell - I cannot access the internet at work yet. However, he has made it so I can't access the iTunes store. Can anyone suggest how I might be able to change the setting on my computer so I can regain access? iTunes support does have an article on 'if your ISP has changed'. I suppose I fall into this category but can make no sense of the article.

Answer : Problem: Can't access the iTunes store

1) It could be blocked by a corporate policy or firewall.

You need to talk to your IT guy.

I hope this helps !
