Question : Problem: win32k.sys error

win32k.sys error comes up randomly ... possibly a graphics problem or memory problem? blue screen followed by message irq not less than equal or stop message 0x0000008E. Any suggestions, video and cpu test comes up fine .. it shuts down sometimes in the middle of or before I even get to the mem test.
