Question : Problem: Create a windows XP home edition installation CD

Have a PC that came pre-installed with windows XP home edition but has no setup disks. I am wanting to format the hard drive and re-install windows from scratch. Is there any way to create a setup CD?
The vendors have gone out of business so going back to them is not an option.
