Question : Problem: LaserJet 2300 toner density problem

I have a user with a LaserJet 2300d and when she prints, the right hand side of the page is always lighter than the left side of the page.  This difference is so severe that images that are consistant on the screen will show normally on the left side of the page, but will disappear by the right side of the page.  I have already changed out the toner cartridge in this printer with no improvement.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Answer : Problem: LaserJet 2300 toner density problem

After many countless hours of working on this printer, I decided to try one last attempt and resolving the issue and I installed a brand new OEM cartridge in this printer.  This appears to have resolved the problem.  I have not tried to use the aftermarket cartridge in the printer since to see if the print quality degraded back once the OEM was removed, but the OEM cartridge seems to have fixed the problem, so I am assuming it must be a defect in the reman cartridge that was purchased for this printer.
