Question : Problem: Restoring Backup Using Veritas Back-up Exec 10.0

Hi !

I am a new IT volunteer for an small charity organisation:
I want to know the followings stet-by-step.
1. How to do a full restoration from a back-up
2. How restore a file from a backup.
We are using Windows 2000 Server OS on our Server, for back-ups  we are using Veritas Backup Exec 10.0, we are using tapes - 4mm DDS-150.
