Question : Problem: Outlook Contacts' Categories on Iphone

I have no problems synchronizing my exchange account with my Iphone but I used to have a Motorola Q and it would also syncrhonize my contacts' categories. The Iphone doesn't do that and I was wondering if there was a way to sync the categories on Iphone as well.

Unfortunately at the moment there is no way to use the categories feature in Outlook, with iTunes sync.
