Question : Problem: ddr2-667 vs ddr2-800

I just got the dell XPS 1530m Core 2 duo 2.2ghz 800mhz FSB 4m I2 cache.

Should I get ddr2-667 or ddr2-800?

Will I see a performance difference?  Do you know about how much?

Is it worth the extra $30 for the 800?
