Question : Problem: Need to identify fiber optic cable mode

I have 2 fiber runs in my building that are completely undocumented.  The only thing that's printed on the cable jacket is:

"Corning Optical Cable 12 SM FREEDM OFNR (ETL) OFN FT4 (CSA) T"

Can anyone tell me if this is multi-mode or single-mode?

Answer : Problem: Need to identify fiber optic cable mode

FYI,  I determine that from "Corning Optical Cable 12 SM"

In my mind, this means   12-count fiber  (6 pairs) single mode.

OFNR  - Optical fiber, non-conductive riser is a type of indoor cabling
OFNR (ETL) - meaning it has ETL certification  for riser applications, for fire code purposes

OFN FT4 (CSA) T -  I believe this is a certification for outside-plant fiber cable, OFN means it contains only optical fibers.

CSA is a flame test rating,
