Question : Problem: Motherboard wont' start up....
Hi guys,
I just got a new Asus P5Q. I added all my hardware for my new system (Intel Q6600, 6GB Crucial DDR2, GForce 8800. When I turn on the computer, all the fans go on, but I see nothing on my screen. I search online and find a few ways to troubleshoot it (change dvi cable, remove board battery for 45 minutes, only load essentials(cpu, 1 stick of ram, gpu). None of this is fixing the problem. I contacted ASUS, but were not able to assist me. So before I return the MOBO I wanted to give it a try here to see if anybody knew how to fix it the problem.
Thanks.

Are you getting any post code beeps at all?
Is the cpu firmly seated?
Is it possible that an empty screw post is touching the back of the mobo?
