Question : Problem: Itunes - lost password

Running Windows XP Home addition 5.1 sp2
Forgot Itunes password; when I hit "Forgot password" (after trying to buy a song) it says: "The url could not be opened" - so I can't even get Itunes to send my password to my email address.  
I'm running Itunes 7.1.1.5 (most recent).  
Any ideas?  Is there another way to access itunes help?

Take the URL below .. replacing the XXXX with your email address as follows..

if your email is [email protected] .. use TOM%40GMAIL.COM    i.e. replace the @ symbol with %40

This will bring you to the resend password page
