Question : Problem: Dell Precision 620... Power Supply

I have a Dell Precision 620 that I just replaced the power supply.  I am getting a "Previous Voltage Failure" alert.  When I reseached the cause, it states that I have a problem with the power supply (I just changed it) and a Dell Technician will have to reset the unit to turn off the alert.  Does anyone know how to turn of this power up alert?  Thanks.
