Question : Problem: How to determine which device is on which port of the switch.

I need to map devices to the port number on the switch for troubleshooting an access point we're having problems with.  Whoever set this network up documented nothing.  Is there a way to tell which device (based on IP address or MAC address) is plugged into each port on my switch without having to individually test each cable coming out of the switch?

As I said in your other post - if it's managed, look in the forwarding table.  The switch port mapper lr pointed you to is excellent.  If it's unmanaged, you have to do it physically - id'ing each cable and making a note of the port it's in.
