Question : Problem: USB

I'm currently deployed in the middle east and have purchased an internet sim card that goes into the computer by a USB port. However, the card does not work on my computer. I've tried utilizing it on several others and it seems to work fine. Do you have a solution?

Do you have any other USB device you can try on the same port to test the USB port on your machine?

Does it recognise the device when you connect it?
