Question : Problem: Video scramble at boot up only

We have a Belkin Omniview Pro2 (F1DA116T) switch and are having problems with the video. I know it's not the driver, the monitor, the video card but think it's in the switch. The video is scrambled only at bootup. I've tried another cable, another monitor, booting in safemode (same problem there), connecting one of the 10 computers connected to it away from the kvm and it's boots up fine.  All 10 computers do the same thing (video scrambled at boot up only). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Answer : Problem: Video scramble at boot up only

turns out I needed a new switch. Once it was installed everything worked
