Question : Problem: thinkpad a21m  I can´t initiate windows

hi guys I have a thinkpad a21m (2628-pru) Ican´t  initiate windows.
when i try to start just show on black screen and red highlighting "hard disk drive not found" ,"operative system  not found".
the disk are load with windows 2k pro .
when i put the disk in another similar laptop the computer say the disk its o.k.and the OS is loaded.I check the jumpers and its o.k.
I can acces to the bios system.
what can i do to restart the laptop

try to boot with software.This software overrides the bios.check to see whether you can boot from harddisk.
