Question : Problem: blackberry reset

i have my blackberry "L" key doesn't work.
now i want to hard reset but i can't type blackberry on option wipe handheld.
do you know any other way to reset?

Another way to do a "wipe" or similar is to reinstall the OS of the device.  You can use the Desktop Manager RIM software to do this.  Also kills 2 birds with 1 stone, since just good practice to have the latest OS. I guess question would be you want to do a wipe on a bb device without a working L key, sounds like time for new bb, are you retiring this one?
