Question : Problem: Sony Aiti200/s - Cannot load driver Help!

I have a Sony Aiti200/s tape drive. Its the only device on the scsi card and cable on id0. I can see the device on bootup screen. Also window can see the device, but has a ! mark  next to it indicating the following.

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

I have the correct driver according to the sony tech.

Any ideas?
