Question : Problem: Capture Card not working with new Media Center Edition?!

I have just formatted this computer and re-installed Windows MCE 2005. This is a HP Media Center m7360n computer with the factory supplied capture card. Trying to configure the TV gives the error message:

TUNER NOT FOUND
The tuner hardware is either malfunctioning or
not installed. Please ensure that both the tuner
hardware and a valid tuner hardware driver are
installed.

All the drivers were installed from HP's website.

There doesn't appear to be any hardware conflicts or missing drivers in device manager.
"Conexant Falcon II NTSC Video Capture" appears in device manager with no conflicts.
I have installed a valid MPEG2 driver by installing PowerDVD 6. Any suggestions to get the
tv tuner working?

Thank you for the comment, I now have realized that the true cause of my problem will be too complicated to figure out. Just a bit of advice to MCE installers, I made this installation CD with driverpacks integrated into the installer to try and make things more simple, but when I reinstalled with the standard MCE installer CDs, there wasn't any capture card problem. I wish I could find more information and help the driverpacks people, but that client's PC is long gone now!
