Question : Problem: Blackberry User having trouble synching Calendar

I have a user who is using a Blackberry.  His emails seem to be working fine.  But he cannot seem to get his calender synching properly with his Outlook 2007.  I am just new to the company and don't have any experience with Blackberrys.  
The previous guy told my user that the issue stemmed from the fact that he was checking emails for two domains.  For our example lets say:
Company1.com and Company2.com .  Company1 we host the mail server using Exchange and the Blackberry software is installed on the same server.  For Company2.com the mail is being hosted by another company and it seems he justs POPs the mail down.

Any ideas why his calendering isn't synching?  Where do I start to investiagte this issue?

Hi, if you are referring to wireless sync of the calendar isnt working first open the Calendar > press menu > Select Options > (Select Desktop on 4.5+ firmware device) > Ensure the Wireless Sync option is present and is enabled.  The fact that the user has a BES and BIS account on the device wont cause issues unless the user has disabled wireless sync.  Also on the device go to Options > Advanced Options > Default Services > Ensure Calendar is set as Desktop.
