Hi, if you are referring to wireless sync of the calendar isnt working first open the Calendar > press menu > Select Options > (Select Desktop on 4.5+ firmware device) > Ensure the Wireless Sync option is present and is enabled. The fact that the user has a BES and BIS account on the device wont cause issues unless the user has disabled wireless sync. Also on the device go to Options > Advanced Options > Default Services > Ensure Calendar is set as Desktop.
