Question : Problem: Connect BES to two Exchange Servers?

Hello

I am trying to connect another exchange server to our BES. We have trusted domains and I have given the correct permissions to the admin account on the 2nd exchange server as per these instructions: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/dynamickc.do?externalId=KB02276&sliceId=SAL_Public&command=show&forward=nonthreadedKC&kcId=KB02276

But I think i'm missing an important step somewhere. How am I supposed to see the users in the second exchange environment when I am adding a new user in the BES?

So i'm affraid that this is not possible.
but maybe there is a workaround:
create a user in the domain where the BES is in.
forward all mails from the users mailbox in the other trusted domain to this mailbox.

Only drawback replies on mails sent with her BB will not be shown in the users original mailbox.
