Question : Problem: Treo 780 not showing all the calendar

I have a few people here that use Exchange ActiveSync for getting all of their up-to-date data.  I have found two people that are having problems with it.  One in particular is using a Treo 780 & has a bunch of things in his Outlook Calendar (Exchange) that are not showing up on his Treo...then, there are some re-occuring events that show up twice in his Outlook, but only once on his Treo.  This is a major annoyance & I don't know how to fix it.

This same user was having a similar issue with his contacts not updating properly.  Primarily, when he made a change to a contact in Outlook (name/number) it didn't sync over to his Treo.  The only solution I found was to delete all of the contacts on his Treo & then re-sync & voila, it worked.

Can you please give me some insight?

Well, it may be best to wipe the treo and let it resynch.

ALso get any firmware upgrades if available.

Lastly, Test from a deiffernt machine and try using a New OS user profile on the problematic machine.
