Hello I'm trying to fix my Dell Insipiron 2500. When i turn it on i can't see the bios display at all , i only can see a black screen followed by 2 beeps. - I removed everything expect ram memory and procesor (didnt work) - I bought 2 compatible memory modules (didnt work) - I bought a new compatible processor (didnt work) I've spent 2 weeks doing this work but I dont know what else to do so i will apprecite if any of you guys can help me with this

It's not a 'video card' as it were. It's an add-on video memory.
I pretty much outlined that above. Lacking 'parts laptops' to work with you are stuck with replacing parts until it's fixed.
I was suggesting the order: LCD cable assembly. LCD screen. Motherboard.
You have video to an external screen so I think the motherboard is least likely. The cable is much less expensive than an LCD screen and a fairly common problem.
You might want to check eBay for a stripped laptop. ~ TESTED GOOD ONLY! ~ It's fairly common for someone to yank all the drives and battery out of one and sell just the chassis and screen. You would get all three of those parts -and- be able to figure out which one it was bad so you can re-sell the left-over parts to reduce your overall cost. Don't get one that doesn't clearly state that it's in working condition and that has a return policy. Untested and no returns usually means junk. .
