Question : Problem: setting up Iphone with Exchange server SBS2003

I was looking at this post

I am having the same problem.  I do not have an owa.mydomain.com.  Do I have to setup one.  Right now I can do web based outlook by opening internet explorer and doing mail.mydomain.com/exchange.  I can also get to this on the iphone.  I have been able to connect to mail.mydomain.com/oma.  Should I use this as the server?

I have been able to set up IMAP to work, so I know that the connections are good, there must be some little setting?

Yes you should use that as the server.

owa.domain.com, the owa part stands for "outlook web access". Exchange does not have to be configured to use the url owa.domain.com, it can be configured to use mail.domain.com, but if you can access you email via that link, then you are using OWA, and that is your OWA server.
