Question : Problem: What is a good replacement mobo for a bad motherboard?

Im looking CPU mobo combo.

The model of the mobo is Asus P4B266-la. It looks exactly like the one in the picture.

I will probably get a similar one. So is the form factor Uatx AKA MicroATX or regular ATX?
