Question : Problem: Wireless card will not connect

Hi,

We are running a secured wireless network in our office and I am having trouble connecting one of the laptops to our wireless network.
The machine is a Lenovo X61s running WinXP SP3.
Despite the fact the laptop can see the wireless connection and can see that it has strong signal, Windows always reports that this connection has limited or no connectivity.
I know our PSK off by heart and have entered this multiple times to no avail, I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device via Device Manager but no dice either.

IPconfig has been no joy either, this machine is only several months old and hjad no problems connecting to Wireless Network when it was first built so I can't understand why it now doesn't like it.

Any pointer greatly appreciated!

Answer : Problem: Wireless card will not connect

Well it looks the problem is with the Wireless Access point not the laptop as I have tried to connect several wireless devices and all of them failed. These devices work elsewhere in the building and have been tested to be working correctly. We are going to replace it.
Thanks to everyone who commented :-)
