Question : Problem: Error messages from smart-ups battery backup

We have APC batteries on each of our servers.  I've been getting the following error messages pop up & have no clue what they mean.  "Message from PowerChute business edition.. Insufficent Runtime Available on Agent SRVRNAME".  The other one is "Battery discharged on Agent SRVRNAME"  I don't know if anyone can help me figure out what to do or what that means.  We can ask our IT consultants, but I wanted to try here first.  Thanks!

Replace the batteries in those UPS units. APC UPS Battery Replacement information is available here:

The batteries themselves are available from a number of sources.
