Question : Problem: Wiring Diagram for Winfast (760MG Series) K8S Mainboard

Can anybody point me to where I can obtain a diagram which would clearly show the front panel connector configuration for the Winfast (760MG Series) K8S Mainboard. Although I have the manual, it doesn't give very clear indication of which way round the pairs connect. I could use a colour diagram!

Also, the 12v ATX Power Connector on the board will allow the plug to be connected in 2 ways! I can plug it in one way, then turn it 180 degrees and it will also allow me to connect it.....which is the correct way?

This is what a normal 4-pin cpu power connector looks like: http://www.nordichardware.se/skrivelser_img/220/psu.12v.jpg - note that it can't be plugged in more than one way.  What power supply do you have?
