Question : Problem: How do I configure my Toshiba laptop to show my Samsung Syncmaster monitor as the primary display?

I've done this before, but I've been away travelling - with my laptop - and now I'm back I can't remember how I did this.
When I click Visual Display it shows the Samsung as the secondary display: I want it to be the main display - I want the laptop to show it on this monitor only: I don't even look at the laptop.

You can do this with the function key on your laptop. Such like FN and F7 (in my case, depends on your machine which function key. you can find the icons on you function key's)
