Question : Problem: USB Keys in a business environment

Experts,  

I am of the opinion that USB Keys should not be allowed in a company, does anyone else have an opinion on this issue, all of the pc’s in my environment do not have floppy disks,  but people do need to take files home with them to do additional work.  

I don’t have an issue with taking files as it is only senior managers who do this. My problem is I do not trust the machines they have at home.  All the pc’s in my environment have virus guards on them and it is kept up to date all the time.  But I am unsure of there pc’s at home..

USB keys are issues, another possible solution:

A way to get around this is to use VMware ACE for your users to make sure they have a "corporate" environment they can work on at home without giving everyone laptops.
