Question : Problem: Blackberry Curve 8310: Need to add a language not listed in available options

Listed options on our device include Russian, Arabic, and others. It seems most odd that a Canadian product doesn't include French. What is the easiest (and most economical) way to install French language on Blackberry 8310. Thank you.
