Question : Problem: Remote Desktop Connection - Error

I keep getting the following error message anytime I launch Remote Desktop Connection (see attached PDF). I am running Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3.

I can still RDP just fine if I just move the annoying box, however I would love to not have this issue any more. Any assistance is appreciated.
