Question : Problem: No video signal, cant even get to Bios

If anyone has any ideas or to help me 100% identify whats wrong. I RMA'd it wig Gigabyte and they sent it back, with nothing clear but a paper saying its either repaired or replaced with refurbished parts that work and are covered under waranty.
Here is what their tech support said when i submit the question.

I got this GS-R114V-RH 1U Rack-Optimized Server installed CPU, Memory, and HD and when i power the server up i get no video signal at all using the onboard video, cant get to bios screen or anything else.

Gigabyte told you what was wrong with their comment "... Please see our QVL list ..." ==> Your Pentium 925 is NOT on the QVL. Apparently their BIOS is very specific with regards to which Q-Spec's it will support ... they only list 5 Prescotts (from 3.4GHz to 3.8GHz), 3 Smithfields, one Presler chip, and one Cedar Mill chip.
