Question : Problem: Blackberry BES patch won't install

I'm trying to install SP6 for the BES and I get the message. The upgrade patch cannot be installed by Windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing or the update patch may upgrade a different version of the program.  I've also tried SP2 and SP3 with the same results.  We are currently running BB Manager 4.1.4.15.
What is the problem?

Answer : Problem: Blackberry BES patch won't install

That file is a maintenance release that has to be applied after SP6 is installed. Please ensure you install the SP6 and MR5 updates using the BlackBerry Service Account (e.g. BESadmin).
