Question : Problem: Parts needed.....

I have an Alienware Area51 M7700 Laptop. I purchased it in December of 05. Over the past couple years I've had parts go bad, and after extensive battles with Alienware as to what my 3 year complete coverage warranty should cover always gotten the parts I need for little to no cost. Now I am coming to the end of this period and worry for the future. I've tried searching online through Google, but found limited suppliers of parts for my system and those that do have them have waiting lists for most of the parts. Any other suggestions, aside from eBay, as to where I can pick up Alienware parts?

Alienware doesn't actually produce their own laptops. They are made by Clevo.
CLEVO D900K (a.k.a. Sager 9750, Alienware m7700a)
So any of these should have compatible parts.
