Question : Problem: Sync problem

Hi,

i have a question. I have an blackberry enterprise running. Version 4.1

the sync with my exchange server works perfect. i receive all my mail on my BB

the only problem i have is that when i delete a message on my desktop client is does not delete on my BB. But if i delete in my BB it is also deleted on my client.

How can i adjust that when i delete on the desktop it is deleted on the BB also.
