Question : Problem: Blackberry Not Sync Old emails or emails in folders

I am only getting new messages in the inbox messages with rules  or messages prior to my blackberry activation are not showing

i have done a reconcile now but no old messages show

Running Bes server with Exchange 2007

Answer : Problem: Blackberry Not Sync Old emails or emails in folders

Most old messages are not synced over to the BES on activation. On the BES server an admin can turn how many are synced, however the most it can do is 2 weeks old.

Also, it only "Prepopulates" (thats the offical RIM term) if you switched your PIN or if it your first activation on that server.
