Question : Problem: print spooler

we have a print server, and sometimes users get the print jobs stuck in the queue, the only way I solve this issue is by restarting the print spooler service of the print server, but it's not a good practice as it can mess up other users jobs.

I would like to know a better way to solve this.

Answer : Problem: print spooler

the spooler service gets corrupted sometimes, and cleaning the printer drivers solve this issue on most of the occasions. once you clean the drivers and print jobs, and reset spooler service, it will not get hang like its doing now.
