Question : Problem: Polycom Video Conference + Cisco Routers ! No image or Audio.

Hello:
I have a point to point IPLC connection with my office in a different country.  We are both connected via a 2621 router.  We both have Polycom Video Conferencing equipment at both ends (model is VSX 7400).  This was working fine for three years.  The branch office in the other country shifted from one building to another.  Since then, if they dial, the call continues to ring without connecting (I am set to auto accept any incoming calls) and if I dial them, they can see me and hear me but I can neither see them or hear them but I am connected to them.  I can ping and do a trace route to them.  Any ideas on how to resolve?
Thanks.

Sounds like icmp is permitted but tcp/udp is blocked somehow.

I suspect some type of router change.  Can you post their router configuration?
