Question : Problem: HP, Laserjet, 1320, attached to the network via hp jetdirect device print is misaligned on letter sized invoice forms

We have a corporate system that sends invoice form information to our printer to be printed on a letter sized invoice form.  Up until now the information has been aligned perfectly on the form.  Now the info is misaligned on the form (to low and offset to the right).  The printer is an Hp laserjet 1320 that is attached to a hp jetdirect device.  Any idea of how I can get the print to align properly?

Check that the sliders in the paper tray are snug against the paper.

All lasers can be misaligned by up to about 1.5% (depending on model) and still be in spec. How far out is this one?

Some printers allow you to shift the image on the page, but in most cases that can only be done from service mode.
